How it works

1. Each day at 7 p.m. you will be asked two questions, and can set the preferred wake-up time for the following morning.
2. The app will use these answers, combined with your history of answers, to recommend the optimal time at night you should go to sleep.
3. Forty minutes before you should go to sleep, youll get a reminder telling you to prepare for bed.
4. Just before you go to sleep, press "Start".
5. In the morning you will be woken up, feeling fully rested.
